Deborah Van Huis, principal of Expertise On Demand, has over twenty-five years experience in community development, construction and general business project management, including the planning and execution of many large-scale projects. Deborah combines degrees in engineering with a Masters of Science in Administration including a concentration in leadership studies. She has developed educational and training programs and continues teaching ongoing classes while providing clients with management services. Deborah is currently Managing Director of the Stella Vista program for professionals and leaders for Business Women Rising's Leadership Vistas.
